On Saturday in the Coaches vs Cancer Challenge, the Trojans travelled to Bensalem High School and played Neshaminy. The Trojans held a four-point lead going into the final quarter of play. (32-28). After a firework show of offense from both sides, they still held it at the end. Both teams scored 20 points in a barnburner of a fourth quarter with Wissahickon's ability to keep pace with Neshaminy being the difference. Shane Ford paced Wissahickon with a 14-point effort. He also had six rebounds Chaz Owens added nine points and five rebounds, and Donovan Oliphant had eight. Zach Reiner added six points, six rebounds and four assists. Zach Gelman had six points, three assists and four rebounds. Wissahickon (8-6, 5-2 SOL) will host Plymouth Whitemarsh on Tuesday.
