The Girls’ Track and Field Team had 2 league champions at the American Conference championships – our 4x4 team of Rachel Coleman, Lieke Black, Hayley Ross, and Maddy Hippensteal and pole vault champ Cala Lejman.  Cala cleared 12 feet setting a new League meet record AND school record.  Also scoring in the meet were Rachel and Cala in the 100m, Maddy and Hayley in the 800m, Carly Amato and Logan Weber in the 3200m, Lieke in the 100H and 300H, the 4x1 team of Rachel, Lieke, Cala, and Alexeya Pender,  the 4x8 team of Hayley, Maddy, Carly, and Ainsley Olszewski, Kelly Prestipino in the HJ, Maya Ansbro in the PV, Hanna Park in the Javelin and Discus, and Helen Autieri in the Javelin.

At Districts, our 4x1 team ran their fastest time of the season (50.12), Lieke made the semi finals in the 100H AND ran a strong 300H, our 4x4 braved the heat at the end of a long day, and CALA IS THE PV CHAMP OF DISTRICT 1!  Cala will compete at the State Championship in Shippensburg this Friday.  Good luck!
