Great opening game for Wissahickon Field Hockey!!! Senior Captain Emily Purnell scored twice in the first half with both assists coming from Senior Captain Sammi Pak. Pak added a goal of her own from Sophomore Grace Ball's assist. In the second half, Senior Captain Julianna Sutow scored from a Pak assist. Goalkeeper Sophomore Meghan Reilly didn't have to make any saves, but did manage to clear the ball out of the defensive end a few times.
