Girls Varsity Water Polo defeated cross-town rival Upper Dublin in a high scoring game on Thursday night, winning 16-11. Goalkeeper Mia Bananis stopped 18 shots to earn the win. Faith Pigeon & Bernice Fu led the defensive effort each with 5 steals; Syd McGinley, Anna Forde, Casey Burden, Maddy Radell and Bananis each added 2 steals. On the offensive side of the ball, Pigeon led the way with 5 goals and an assist, Fu, Forde and Radell each had a hat trick and Cate Kroznuski added a score for good measure. Looking ahead the Trojans have a busy week taking on Pennridge at home on Tuesday, JV 3:30, Varsity at 5:30.
