The Trojans lost a heart breaker at the buzzer 45-44 at Hatboro-Horsham. After a rough first half, the Trojans found themselves trailing 27-19. The third quarter found them still trailing at the end of it by seven, In the 4th quarter the Trojans seemed to wake up, make a few plays, and tired the game 42 - 42. With 15 seconds left to go WIss stole the ball and Nico Vacchiano took it in for a 2-point lead with 5.7 seconds left. Unfortunately for the Trojans, Hatboro took it the length of the court and found their best shooter, Shane Phillips, open for a three, and he hit it at the buzzer beating the Trojans by 1.
Wissahickon will play Wednesday at home vs Quakertown in their yearly “Silent Night” game.
