The Wissahickon boys lacrosse team lost a heartbreaker 5-4 at home vs #5 seed Conestoga.The game was played in honor of Jim Simmington whose influence as a teacher, lacrosse player and coach is deeply rooted in both of these communities. There were plenty of fans on hand to honor Jim. The Trojans led for three and a half quarters only to fall in the end. TheTrojans were led by Kyle Lehman with 3 goals and Jackson Intrieri with 1 goal. Scott Pfeiffer was excellent in goal with 9 saves and the defense was unbelievable all day led by Michael Licata, Joey Connolly, Ethan Glass, Max Gendelman and Quin Fonash. The Trojans led 3-1 at the half and 4-2 going into the 4th quarter.
