Junior Pitcher Sara Genell scattered 7 hits against Cheltenham to gain her and her Wissahickon's first victory of the season. Siani Paige-Miller led the Trojans 3 hits including 2 doubles and 2 runs scored. Freshman First Baseman Ashley Radell had a RBI single and a run scored. Senior Zoe Trumbore knocked in 2 runs with a RBI single scoring Emily Welsh and Jaclyn McClaughlin.
The Panthers scored 2 runs in the 1st, 1 in the 3rd and 2 in the 5th. This set up an exciting bases loaded end of game finish that catcher Michela Coleman ended with an unassisted double play.
