Wissahickon's Pitcher Emma Clayborne was sailing along with 8 Strikeouts in 3 innings and a 4-1 lead against Abington when she took a line drive off her pitching hand that forced her to exit game. Danielle Ciliberto came in to clean up the inning then went on to hold down the fort with 5 k's of her own. Abington managed to get 3 runs off of Ciliberto with a double walk and sloppy defense by Wissahickon in the top of the 7th but Danielle stuck out the last batter to end the threat. Ciliberto went 3-4 with 3 runs scored while Luca Penna went 3-4 with 3 doubles. Gracie Franczyk was outstanding behind the plate calling an excellent game and not allowing any steals.
