Unfortunately our run in the District Duals came to a quick end tonight as the Trojans were defeated by Garnet Valley 45-24. While the loss was disappointing, by making into the District Duals the team accomplished one of its season goals. It should be said, that the team came into tonight with a distinct disadvantage of not only wrestling last night, but winning such a big meet with respect to the League Championship. While Garnet Valley, was off last night and came into the meet rested. I am not saying we would have beaten them, but I believe it would have been much closer. 

So now the team will put tonight behind us, re-focus our attention to accomplishing goal #2 - a League Championship. We are in a great position, but it still will take a great effort and wrestling well on Saturday in order to do so. 

Wissahickon is hosting the League Tournament so hoping to see a lot of fans out to support our team!

The Tournament schedule is as follows:

1st Round - Quarter-Finals - 9:30.

2nd Round - 11:15

3rd Round - Semi-Finals - 12:30.

4th Round - 2:00.

5th Round - Finals - 3:30.
