SPRINGFIELD DELCO HIGH SCHOOL: 0
Wissahickon was solid defending for the entire 80 minutes of the match. Springfield had very few quality opportunities due to the organization from the keeper, Klessel, and the back line. Wiss scored first when Natalie Ryan calmly fired a loose ball into the far corner midway through the first half. The second half started 1-0, with Wiss continung to dictate the pace of play. Carly Amato doubled the lead on a nice strike from 20 yeards out. Natali Ryan got her second goal of the day on an in-swinging corner kick that didn't need any help to beat the Springfield goalkeeper. Crystal Suin picked up her first goal to make it 4-0 by capitalizing on a miscommunication at the back from the Cougars. Overall, a very good effort from the Trojans in the victory.
