Last evening 16 girls from the Wissahickon Girls Indoor Track Team competed at their Consolation Meet at Swarthmore College. Ten team members earned medals for their performance. In individual events, Sophia Chiodo-Ortiz earned a 4th place medal in the 200 meter dash running a 29.4 seconds, Julia Keller placed 5th in the 400 meter run running the event in 67.3 seconds, Mari Kleha placed 5th in the 800 meters with a time of 2:43.2 and Carly Amato placed 3rd in the mile with a time of 5:55.7. In addition, the 2 Mile Relay team consisting of Carly Amato, Mari Kleha, Ainsley Olszewski, and Tara Jog placed 4th, and the One Mile relay team consisting of Julia Keller, Jenna Saunders, Michelle Feichtenbiner, and Meghan Morolla placed 5th.
