Girls Varsity Indoor Track vs. Multiple Opponents

The Wissahickon High School Girls Track & Field Team competed in the Meet of Champions on Friday, February 17th. The team had a very successful evening. In the 400 meters, Laila Cottom placed 3rd, with a personal best time indoors of 60.8 seconds, and 4x400 meter relay team (Laila Cottom, Jess Palish, Mila Jovanovic and Kenya Williams) placed 6th place, running a season best time of 4:07.07. The 4x400 meter relay team qualified for the State Championship Meet at Penn State University to be held on Sunday, February 26th.
