The Boys’ Basketball team got off to a solid start with a home win against visiting Harriton 58-37.
Nico Vacchiano led all scores with 29, but the defense was the real story of the night. Tough defensive play by Mason Stelzer, Michael Maltin, Chris Lee, Delmar Taliaferro, and Ben Schwartz, helped hold Harriton to a 20-4 deficit after the first quarter. The Trojans have a tough stretch coming up with games vs PW and Silent Night vs Upper Dublin, so the early win was a welcome accomplishment.
