Wissahickon traveled to Abington for a midday 12:00 game. It was a unique weekday time, but there was a nice crowd and a good energy in the building. Both teams played tough defense and knocked down some tough shots throughout the game, but when all was done, Abington had prevailed with a 59-47 victory.
Nico Vacchiano led all scores with 22, but it was Abington's Jake Manigault and Paul Glantz that finished with 16 a piece and the win for Abington.
The Trojans play Methacton next Friday in the Perk valley Holiday Tournament.
