Boys Junior Varsity Lacrosse defeats Springfield Twp HS

The JV Boys Lacrosse team notched their 9th win of the season on Monday against Springfield TWP, defeating the visiting Spartans 9-3. Getting off to an uncharacteristic slow start, the Trojans were only up 3-2 at halftime. In the second half, our defense hunkered down and only let the Spartans score one more goal while our offense exploded for 6 second half goals behind a huge game for CJ Purnell with 2 goals and 4 assists. Also scoring for your Trojans were John Jordan with 3 third quarter goals, Alex Solomon with two goals, Nolan Ryan with two assists and Bryce Zimmerman, and Ethan Glass with a goal each. Game balls go to CJ Purnell and John Jordan.
