Perviously unbeaten LaSalle was to challenge the undefeated Trojans today in a soccer match that turned out to be a good old fashion backyard braw. Both team were trading their best shots at each other during the course of the first half, it ended in a 0-0 tie. The second half turned out to be much different for the Trojans, scoring just 5 minutes into the second half on a blistering shot that bounced off the upright into the goal. Moments later the Trojans scored again to increase the score to 2-0. Outstanding ball movement keep LaSalle off balance and allowed the Trojans to take advantage of another all important goal scored by the Trojan to seal the victory for the team. Congrats to the freshman soccer team for an outstanding season marking one for the history books with a 14-0-0 season!
