The Wissahickon Girls Track & Field team traveled to Lehigh University this past Friday evening where they competed against more than 80 high schools across the Delaware Valley. The team had several strong performances and two medal winners. Alli Facker placed 3rd in the Pole Vault with a personal best of 9 feet, 6 inches. In addition Brooklyn Compas placed 5th in the shot put throwing 30 feet, 6.25 inches. The team will compete again this Friday December 22nd at Haverford College.
