The Wissahickon Girls Indoor Track & Field Team had a successful evening at the Consolation Championship Meet this past Friday, February 9th. Several team members earned medals in their respective events including Maddie O’Donnell (2nd place finish in 3000 meters), Adrianna Skerrett (5th place finish in 55 m hurdles) Natalie Williams (3rd place finish in mile) and Natalie Williams, Lila Angell, Ellie Werner and Ava Weber (5th place finish in 4x800 meters). Next Friday the following individuals will compete in the Meet of Champions at Lehigh University – Alli Fackler (Pole Vault), Brooklyn Compass (Shot Put), Jess Palish (60 Meter Dash) Kenya Williams (400 Meter Dash) and Alexa McCabe, Alyssa Janzer, Ellie Ratka and Kenya Williams (4x200 Meter Relay).
