The distance guys had a good day Saturday with Ben Hoyer finishing second at 1600M with a personal best 4:27.10, and Matt Maiale winning the 3200M with a meet record 9:41.38. Both times under the DQS. Rahsheed Wright continues to improve at 400M as his 50.20 is a season best and was good enough for the win. Ahmir Johnson is on the mend as he tested his leg in the high jump hitting the DQS of 6-2 for fourth place. Other personal bests incuded Liam Davies' 41.59 2nd place finish at 300 hurdles, Carmen Ostroski with 41-0.5 triple jump. The 4x4 relay wrapped up the day taking second with three of four runners posting PR's: Robert Wilson 52.0, Carmen Ostroski 51.8 and Matt Flancer 54.0.
