Our annual invitational saw some personal bests as well as a district qualifier a for Jaylen Foster at 100M. In his first race since placing 7th at the indoor states 60, he led for 50m until his lack of fitness showed but hung on for second place in 11.23.
Freshman Dominic Harvey-Sheppard took advantage of others mistakes winning the 300 hurdles in 40.75. (His 40.71 vs Quakertown was a district Q.)
Other medalists included Grayson Ruffner 1:58.43 (2nd 800), Josh Dass,(110 hurdles), Jaden McLean (long jump) Vik Iyer (triple jump) and Julian Perking (Discus) all scored 3rds.
Distance guys had some big personal bests: Brendan Tatko 2:01.56 (800), Ralph Antonucci 4:40.89 (1600) and Matt Winkowski 10:16.54 (3200)
Next up: SOL champs next Friday and Saturday at Plymouth Whitemarsh.
