Cold, windy conditions at the Track and Field Coaches Association of Greater Philadelphia Spring Invite didn't seem to hamper Cam Christopher.

Cam led the 800 from the gun, pulling away down the homestretch. His winning time of 1:54.70, a 2 sec personal best, ranks him #6 on our school all-time list and # 2 in the state rankings. He added a PR 49.5 split on the 4x4.

The other distance guys showed up well also. In the 1600, Ben Hoyer knocked 3 sec. of his previous best finishing 6th in 4:33.91, While the 3200 saw Matt Maiale cut a whopping 14 seconds of his best, 10:00.01 earning him a 5th.

Ahmir Johnson's winning triple jump of 46-2.5 ranks him #3 in the state so far this spring. He also finished 2nd in the long jump with 21-4, and 3rd in the 110HH in 15.46.

Other medalists included Justin Cooper's 46-7 shot put for 4th, Liam Davies' 16.24 110HH for 5th. The 4x4 team of Darnell Watson, Cam, Eric Papazian and Sam Kane  took 5th in 3:29.89, and Tom Watson 8th place, javelin 142-8.
