The Wissahickon girls lacrosse team won their second straight game bringing their record to 2-0 on the season by beating Lower Merion 20-3. The Trojans were led by Sam Intrieri's 7 goals, 1 assist and 6 draw controls. Brooke Berry had a hat trick with 3 goals and 2 assists. Sophia Chiodo Ortiz also had a hat trick with 3 goals and 2 assists. Kelly Dickson had 2 goals 1 assist and 5 draw controls. Quinn Gaffey had 1 goal and 2 assists. Emma Hubbs had 2 goals. Abby Degroat had 1 goal and 3 draw controls. Emma Baker had 1 goal. Lauren Donofrio added an assist. The defense played together as a unit and were very sound, led by Lauren Donofrio, Lexi Hobson, Haley Reed, Naomi Bram and goal keeper Madeleine Murphy. Wissahickon plays Pennridge in their next game.
