CHELTENHAM HIGH SCHOOL: 6
The Wrestling Team put on quite the performance on Senior Night beating Cheltenham 78-6 with each win ending in a fall for the Trojans! Every Senior won their match which made it even more special. With this win the team remains undefeated in League competition now 5-0 and 11-4 overall.
In the latest District One rankings that came out tonight we are currently ranked 12th and four individual wrestlers are ranked in their respective weight classes including; Matthew Fritz (HM), Dan Keller (5th), Brian Fennell (HM) and Mark Thompson (HM).
Next up a big showdown with a very tough Strath Haven team coached by former Wissahickon wrestler Anthony Gilliano. Should be an exciting dual meet, so please come out an support the team!
