The Wrestling Team traveled to Methacton for a non-league meet on Wednesday night - the first competition of the year for Wissahickon. We got out of the gate fast securing 4 consecutive falls and thus taking a 24-0 lead! Things then went a bit south for our team losing the next 9 matches making the final score 51-24. Although the score doesn't indicate with a couple of matches going our way we actually had a chance to win. But in the end, I was very pleased with our effort and looking forward to seeing this team grow and develop. Next up, Springfield at home next Wednesday.
