Good 2-0 win for Wiss today. Trojans came out strong in the first half, but couldn't manage a goal from a bunch of good chances. Undeterred, we came out in the second half with the same approach and were able to net two by Margaret Wilde. The first one was the result of a defender struggling to clear a bouncing ball. Margaret pounced after the bad touch and scored from a tight angle. The second goal came after a beautiful string of passes where Kylie Friedman drove at the central defenders and slipped a ball out wide to Ava Schools. Ava took a touch and delivered a dangerous ball to Wilde on a well timed run.
