Wissahickon Girls lost a close game to Penn Charter on Wednesday in their home opener by a final score of 4-6. Ashley Radell scored 3 goals and Gianna Pellicci scored one. Sophomores Jillian Garvey, Caitlin Marquard, Freshman Lindsay Burden, Sydney Florig and Ella Frank all contributed steals on defense. Sophomore goalies Maddie Johnson and Paige Benning both played great splitting time.
