With OUT-of-conference interlopers spoiling the party, our guys were the first finishers IN the conference. Late additions of Bensalem, Truman and Haverford High (?) in our 'American Conference' race, we knew we were in for a tough go, as Bensalem posted a 3:24 earlier in the season. We also knew we stacked up pretty well against our own league. Carmen Ostroski 11 (51.92), Shawn Carr 10 (54.00), Isaiah Marc 9 (54.07PR) were no worse than 4th place throughout, enabling Robert Wilson 11 (50.77PR) to pass one and earn the hardware.
