West Chester, Pa. - On Friday evening at the Johns Hay Distance Festival hosted by Henderson High School, Grayson Ruffner posted a personal best of 4:23.25 for the mile winning his heat. The time converts to a 4:21.80 for 1600M. This the tenth fastest 1600M ever run by a Wissahickon athlete. He finished 31st over- all as the meet featured top HS as well as collegians competing together. (Winner ran 4:01 with 10 guys under 4:10).
