On Sunday, January 27th, 24 members of the Wissahickon Girls Indoor Track Team traveled to the Ocean Breeze Invitational in Staten Island, New York. Special recognition goes to Kasi Brown who placed 6th in the Long Jump, jumping a distance of 17 feet three inches– her best of the season and good enough to meet the state qualifying standard. The team will compete again next Friday evening, February 1st for their last regular season DVGTCA Meet at Lehigh University.
