Girls Varsity Indoor Track vs. Multiple Opponents

Eighteen members of the Wissahickon Girls Indoor Track team competed at the Robert J Burdette Indoor Classic on Thursday December 29th at Lehigh University. Meet highlights included Mila Jovanovic’s 2nd place in the 400 meters (61.39 sec), Jessica Palish’s 5th place in the 60 meter dash (8.27 sec) and Allie Fackler’s 7th place finish in the pole vault (9-0 ft). All three team members also qualified to compete in the Meet of Champions in February. The team will compete again next Friday, January 6th at Alvernia University.
